Domestic delivery
Processing Guidelines
All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday through to Friday before 5pm will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Our sales manager will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
Most items ordered are processed within two business days. In case of unpredictable technical problems, we will inform you about the delivery delay by email.
Delivery
We deliver within Ukraine by NOVAPOSHTA accordingly to the tariffs of the service. Terms of delivery usually take 1-3 business days, however it may vary considering current situation in Ukraine.
International delivery
International Delivery
We deliver free worldwide by UKRPOSHTA (10-14 business days). Due to the current situation in Ukraine the delays are possible, you will be notified by our team. The orders including the items on sale and reaching the total amount less than 200 euro will be shipped with a 30 euro delivery charge.
Regular shipping costs about $20-38 and takes 1-3 weeks. We send by NOVAPOSHTA or MEEST-EXPRESS. Shipping is paid by the customer.
Express delivery within 3-5 business days by DHL Express. Shipping costs are $50-70. International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges.
Refused Shipments
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our Ukraine address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
